Challenge

True Refrigeration had a bad experience exhibiting in challenging markets such as Saudi Arabia. They needed a trusted global partner, with a long established local supply chain, and deep market knowledge including logistics networks, storage, and cultural advice.

Approach

Our team have been appointed to lead True's exhibition program in the GCC region. Designing and delivering exhibition stands for shows such as Saudi Horeca and Host Arabia. Starting with a modern and clean aesthetic design, we approached the program with reusability in mind, designing and producing assets that could go back into storage, reconditioned and reused for a multi-show annual program.

Design

Knowing the complexities in region, each stand configuration was taken from 3D render and modelled fully in Solidworks, ensuring every component of the fabrication was modelled in CAD to scale. This meant the design could be easily understood by onsite construction teams, rather than relying on traditional 2D drawings which rely heavily on skilled labour to interpret.

Fabrication & Construction

Many components were fabricated for re-use, using materials that could be reconditioned easily after going into storage. This ensured budgets were maximised, continuity remained within the build quality, and more complex fabrication pieces could be amortised over multiple shows.

Storage & Logsitcs

With large, expensive and complex demonstration equipment, True needed a cost effective solution for transport these to each show. With our in region storage and asset management facilities, we are able to store their equipment after each show, in protected, fully secure and climate controlled facilities, and have these delivered and put in place by well versed teams without fear of damage.
